During the month of June, the Department of Foreign, Public Relations and IT in cooperation with the Directorate of Law, Methodology and Quality Assurance, held on the ALSAI offices the training course: “Training for trainers”.
This project as component of the implementation of the ALSAI Strategic Plan 2010- 2012, and in support of the institution training program for 2010, involved 16 employees at management and specialist level.
The aim of this training course, was to enhance capacities of the training employees herewith to establish a trainers team in order to enhance training skills and understanding.
The main goal of these trainings was to transmit the core principals and notions of the respective topics, and provide some of the best practices of other case studies. These trainers will serve up to the institution in continuity, in the upcoming training activities.
The training activity was developed according to the schedules of Phase I and II, respectively:

Throughout these training courses, participants gathered knowledge and gained skills in enhancing training capacities, applying different methods (presentations, group discussions, best practices as well as sharing experiences). Participants had also the possibility to better know the drawing process of training politics and other processes related to it. Moreover, exchanging personal experiences in the use of CAAT techniques in audit.
