The agreement was drawn up and signed on basis of the legal obligation of the Prosecution and State Supreme Audit Institutions as well as on the requirements of the various international organizations, aiming at enhancing the cooperation and effectiveness of the work between these constitutional institutions in the fight against corruptive action of the public administration officials.
